What do you love about the home?

We love the period facade of the home and this what initially attracted us to the house. In particular, within the house, the filtered light that comes through early morning and in the afternoon. The back garden is practical for use all year round with undercover spaces for entertaining rain or shine.

What do you love about the area?

This is a quiet street with young families recently moved to the area and long term residents who have watched the area gentrify over recent years. We love the access to amenities such as Preston Market and public transport options. The new high school is receiving great reviews. The cafe and bar culture is also fantastic.
