What we love about this home

This is the home we started our family in, and we have loved living here. The kitchen and dining room are bathed in natural light all day, making that the heart of our home. Being able to head upstairs for a totally separate work-from-home space has been such a valuable bonus for us.

We love our gardens. The large established trees provide shade, screening and privacy. Eating outside in the back garden in summer with family and friends under the huge Japanese maple are some of our best memories of the home and the native gardens we brought to life will just get better and better.

What we love about this street and suburb

The street is close-knit and welcoming, with Christmas drinks each year. We often find eggs and lemons on the doorstep from our brilliant neighbours. We all know how lucky we are to be able to walk to everything on Sydney Road, while also being totally peaceful.

For us, this part of Brunswick is the best of Melbourne. We have so many local favourite cafes, restaurants and bars in walking distance. It's diverse, and with a wonderful sense of community and identity. It has great parks and playgrounds for the kids and is so close to the city.

Why are we selling?

It's hard to move on, but we have a growing family and want to be closer to loved ones.
