What we love about this home:
Spacious 2 bedroom with plenty of room for extra furniture. Lots of beautiful morning sun. It is a quiet complex with plenty of privacy. Convenient adjacent parking and ground-level unit with private entrance. Carpets are like new and fans have been added to the bedrooms. The kitchen has had a dishwasher upgrade and is very functional.
What we love about this area:
So close to the Merri Creek trail, Preston market, and trams and train lines nearby. Cafes and restaurants are close by and plenty of street parking if needed. Very peaceful and relaxing area to live in.
