What do you love about the home?

We were drawn to the home because of its many outdoor entertaining areas! We love to enjoy the company of our friends and we have hosted many social gatherings here because of the great space including the undercover outdoor dining space. We hope the next owners enjoy these spaces just as much as we do.

We have converted the living areas to open plan and put in a gas log fireplace which makes the lounge so cosy. The living space offers lots of natural light throughout.

The separate home office area is great! We run a business from home so anyone WFH will find this a great asset. You could also utilise this space as a kids play area.

We also love how private the property is, with high fences all around and locked gates making it both safe and private for utilising the spaces however we want.

We also loved that it is a double brick stand alone home.

What do you love about the area?

This is truly the best pocket of Reservoir! So close to Preston's border. We frequent Preston Market multiple times a week - it's such a gem!

Regent Station is the local station and is a short walk or literally a 1 minute drive.

There are so many great bars and restaurants nearby and within walking distance such as La Pinta, Surly's Bar, High & Wild, Takeaway Pizza and Dexter.

Lots of gyms! Fitstop, Coreplus Pilates, BFT and more!

We are also so close to Edwardes Lake. The walk from here to the lake and around the track is a great weekend activity we enjoy.

Edwardes Street village is great! We love Folino Butcher, Lakeside Bakery and the rolls from Lukes Bakery are the best!

Crispe Park is also just around the corner, so if you are a dog owner like us - you will be there daily!

We also have amazing neighbours on both sides who are happy to lend tools or pass over excess veggies from their garden and other neighbourly things!
