Owners Notes

What we love about this home:

We love how light and bright it is, seeing the sun rise and set every day is beautiful and the trees outside make you feel connected to nature as well as provide privacy. We like the generous living space and bedroom and the deep window sills for our little cat.

We love how secure and safe it is and being on the first floor you get excellent sun and the view of the east in the morning with the hot air balloons is gorgeous. It’s so well connected to the city with multiple tram and train options and the location is excellent.

What we love about this suburb:

In Brunswick we have everything on our doorstep – Lygon St and Sydney Rd have all the restaurant and bar options you could want. Barkly Sq is just down the road for groceries and everyday essentials. We love being so close to Princes and Royal Parks and the Capital City Trail. Walking around them at the different times of year and seeing the seasons change is lovely. It’s also really easy to get to Carlton and Fitzroy where we spend a lot of time.

Why we are selling:

I have been living here for seven years and my partner moved in two years ago. We are ready to move into something bigger so my mum can stay for long periods when she visits from New Zealand. I would not be leaving otherwise as I have loved my time here.
