In the lead up to choosing an agent, we had already interviewed two agents who have a strong presence in our area. Then we met Kerrie Ferrari from Nelson Alexander. She was selling another property in Greensborough which we were lucky enough to be successful in purchasing. She requested an appointment with us to explain how she would be best suited for the job in selling our home. We agreed to meet with her because she had conducted herself with outstanding professionalism, fairness and humor. She had made it clear in our negotiations that she is fiercely protective of the vendors, and we liked that. She arrived at the meeting with her boss Nunzio fully prepared, setting realistic expectations around price and explained how the process would unfold. We had a gut feeling that together, she and Nunzio were well equipped to handle the selling of our property. Kerrie delivered on every aspect she said she would with absolute professionalism, class and care. We know an incredible amount of work has gone in behind the scenes and she would call us regularly with updates on potential bidders or even just to check in to see how we were feeling. She has the right balance of fierceness as a negotiator and sincere care and a standard of personal excellence that exceeded our expectations. The entire Greensborough sales team was present at the auction and we all met briefly before the auction, shaking hands and wishing each other well. We felt the whole Nelson Alexander team was unified in supporting the result we wanted. Nunzio was an outstanding auctioneer and extracted the maximum amount available on the day. Thank you to the Nelson Alexander team including Nunzio, Ivan and Jim as well as Luke but most of all we thank Kerrie for driving the team toward the result today.
