What we love about this home:
We have been living in this house since 1972 (46 years) this has been a wonderful family home with plenty of room for family functions and enough bedrooms for our children’s privacy with sun awnings, ducted air-conditioning and heating for our comfort and security system & doors that we added for our piece of mind.
We love the back yard because it is enclosed and securely fenced, this was so important to us when our children were growing up and now adds security to the property. Also the garden has been low maintenance with a watering system and also gives us the privacy we wanted with ample room for normal outside activities. The installation of solar panels was a very good move generating savings.
The large undercover area has seen many family functions and is very convenient in the wet weather. The garage and parking areas have also proven to be very valuable as the children got their own cars. Overall a very solid family home.

This is a great suburb to live in because of the convenience of all the amenities being so close.

Why we are selling:
We are wanting to down size as our family no longer live at home and we no longer need all the outside space.
