Matthew Layburn helped us find our new home in Brunswick during the COVID-19 epidemic. We ended up purchasing a property that was off-market, which Matt had sourced through another agent at Nelson Alexander and recommended to us as being potentially exactly what we were looking for - and he was right! Matt helped act as the go-between,and in the end negotiated a price that both us and the selling vendor were happy with. Matt was always responsive and transparent through the process, I'd recommend Matt if you're looking in the area, and Nelson Alexander as an agency given they hold the vast majority of business in the surrounding suburbs.
