Peter Jones of the Brunswick Nelson Alexander office informed us of his potential target purchasers, how his approaches to them went, what new approaches he had from the online campaign, foot traffic through the property on public viewing, level of general enquiries, offers and counter offers submitted, out comings from the eventual on-line auction. Peter also dealt with the incumbent tenant very well all the while gently encouraging them, and offering NA rental services to them, to keep up momentum in looking for a new suitable for them. This aided an overall very smooth handover with the purchaser.
