Genuine, Efficient and Highly Professional
The entire process with David Barnes from start to finish was nothing short of phenomenal. I’m in the process of relocating from Melbourne to Sydney so have no time to waste. I first spoke to David on the phone last Monday the 19th of September and secured a meeting and inspection at my property on Tuesday the 20th. David had access to the photographer’s calendar and booked it in for the following day (Wednesday the 21st). Thursday and Friday (22nd and 23rd) were Public Holidays but this wasn’t going to stop David from going all guns blazing! Within 2 business days of meeting with David my property was advertised for rent (Monday the 26th of September). On Tuesday afternoon (27th) I received a phone call that 4 interested parties were scheduled to inspect my property the following day. On Wednesday (28th) I then received a call with a run down on people’s feedback and we discussed three applications he received. I secured a tenant THAT SAME DAY! The whole process with David was hassle-free, seamless and professional. I couldn’t recommend David any more highly. You’d be silly to list elsewhere!
