What we love about this home:
We love the charm of this home and the fact that it has so many of its original features. It is also particularly well laid out, with plenty of natural sunlight streaming through its many large windows. We love the large backyard with plenty of room for a vegetable garden, children’s activities and the huge decking area – perfect for entertaining.
The location of this home is fantastic – one street away from the local primary school – the convenience of which cannot be overestimated!! It’s also a short walk to Edwardes Lake, as well as close to public transport and shops.
What we love about Reservoir:
On the border of Reservoir and Preston West, this home is well positioned near Gilbert Road tram and Regent train station, making Melbourne CBD easily accessible. Preston Market and Coburg Hill are just around the corner, and great quality cafes, restaurants and bars continue to pop up.
