What we love about this home:
My aunt bought this home in 1983, she loved the grand rooms, the heritage facade and the opportunity to develop a cottage style garden. She restored the original fireplaces, and reinstated period features such as the ceiling roses and cornices. She enjoyed many gatherings in the large, north facing back room. In 2010 she gave us the opportunity to build our family home in the rear, and with our support she was able to stay in her beloved home as she aged. The bathroom was upgraded in 2021, bringing the laundry facilities inside and creating a lovely modern adjunct to this traditional home. My aunt has now moved into care and we are excited to be able to offer others the opportunity to acquire this beautiful home and continue the tradition of shaping its story.
