Sonya Laferla started out in real estate at just 19; she´s never looked back. Her extensive experience includes both sales and property management, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the industry.
“I have an honest and genuine approach. I´m not about scripts and dialogues, but more about having real conversations and offering sound advice,” she explains. Sonya is passionate about building relationships, and always takes the time to fully understand the client´s requirements. “I believe the key to a good relationship is open communication and constant feedback. I make a point of following up every single potential buyer for each of my vendors, and remain focused until they reach their desired outcome.”
A longtime local, Sonya knows the inner north inside out. When she´s not working, she´s eating out, spending time with family and friends, or doing pilates and yoga.
