Overall Satisfaction    

Jon and Patrick formulated and maintained a plan which allowed us to achieve a successful result which exceeded our expectations. On one occasion we were forced to cancel an Open House, at late notice, however Patrick stood outside in the cold and rain to met and explain the situation to any prospective buyers. Nelson Alexander have a list of Trade specialists who were able to assist with a few items prior to the Open House dates.
