What we love about this home:
This home has served our growing family incredibly well. A total renovation 12 years ago, followed by the house being fully repainted within the last six months, has always meant the house exudes a nice, fresh feeling. The outdoor entertainment area, with the built-in barbecue area, festoon lighting and firepit is a standout and will be sorely missed – a truly stunning place to gather with family and friends. What we love about this suburb:
We are certainly spoilt for choice in Preston. There are gorgeous restaurants and cafes within walking distance, with friendly staff and beautiful coffee. We are also within walking distance of the number 86 tram, that travels along High Street, Thornbury and Northcote into the city. The suburb is well-serviced by public transport, Northland Shopping Centre and the Preston Market are close by.
