The Agents were friendly and very flexible
Our experience with Nelson Alexander was great. The agents were very accomodating with organising times for inspections and communicated with us every step of the way. As a first home buyer though, it was quite tough as they do try to drive up the price by involving other buyers (which are often investors with a larger budget) after an offer has been made. It meant that we ended up having to go to an auction and paying more for the property than what we hoped to, which just creates a bit of an unfair disadvantage for first home buyers. But on the flip side it is great for the vendors if you are looking to sell :)
