Owners Notes
What do you love about the home?
The light is fantastic, being on the lane means that all rooms are bathed in Northern light.
Having back as well as side access is a real positive, and very convenient.
The street is one way so very quite.
This is the first home I purchased so it has a lot of sentimental value. We had many good times here.
The floor plan is flexible and the house is larger than it appears, over the years we have used it with three bedrooms and the living area has felt big enough for three adults. The front room has also been used for a second lounge and the third bedroom at times has been an excellent study space.
The backyard is big enough to enjoy large gatherings and grow veggies but small enough that maintenance isn't a burden.
The house had a good vibe, people love spending time here.
What do you love about the area?
Reid Street has a mix of homes and a diverse group of residents.
We can walk to High Street but it's far enough away so we are not bothered by the noise and traffic. Turn left or right on High Street to the eclectic range of local eateries and bars. Jump on a tram and head to the city via the bustling Northcote shopping precinct or towards Preston and the market. The train is also very close.
At the end of the street is All Nations Park, a wonderful asset and very well used by the local community.
This is a safe area.
Schools in the area are popular and well respected.
