Dream art deco high on the hill

Absolutely one of a kind, this remarkable Art Deco home presents a unique low-maintenance lifestyle opportunity thanks to its period elegance, sweeping views to enjoy and wonderfully convenient location. The attractive rendered facade makes way for an impeccable interior filled with natural light comprising two extra-large bedrooms with built-in robes both sharing an updated bathroom. Formal living and dining rooms add to the appeal both with gas-coal fireplaces and impressively high ceilings, as well as a neat kitchen complete with stainless-steel cooker. Additional features include a welcoming entrance foyer, study alcove, solid hardwood floors, internal laundry and under-stair storeroom, along with ducted heating, ceiling fans and secondary window glazing. Complementing the home’s enchanting interior is a front balcony and brilliant rooftop terrace at the rear with uninterrupted views all the way to the Dandenong Ranges, plus a private backyard garden with alfresco entertaining deck and secure off-street parking space. Plenty Road trams around the corner along with village shops, cafes, zoned to Preston Primary & Preston High School, and easy access to Regent Station, High Street retail and renowned Preston Market.

Buyer Review

Rhys was very knowledgeable and genuinely took

Rhys was very knowledgeable and genuinely took the time to understand what we were looking for in a property. After a long search, we were a bit tired of dealing with agents who didnt feel transparent or interested in having real conversations. Rhys was upfront, honest, and made the whole process feel a lot more comfortable.
