Lachlan was upfront from the first initial contact which continued on throughout the campaign.
Lachlan explained the process of the Auction and gave multiple outcomes on how it may go with different scenarios on how the Auction may proceed.
Lachlan also communicated well during the Auction and didnt give up on putting the Sold sign on the board which was achieved.
