Since moving my residential properties to Nelson Alexander, both Ebony and Yvette have provided me the support that I needed to make life easier for myself. They have provided me with the professional advice to help me make informed decisions about my properties. They are always there for me - if I can't get them on the phone they always return my call. They are proactive and think ahead.
On the admin side, I am glad that you haven't moved your statement system to the new cloud based system. This is where the industry seems to be going. The statements from the new system are difficult to follow and poorly set-up, especially the annual statement.
There is one area for improvement, and this is in regards to my commercial property. I was only aware of his departure after I tried contacting him. I still don't know what's going on here. I was very disappointed to hear that he had left as he was a very good property manager.
