A cool conversion, authentic & spacious
This brilliant original warehouse conversion combines edgy industrial detail with crisp contemporary style. In a row of six original warehouses, with its own street entrance and remote accessed roller-door garage access, the result is a residence ideal for work-from-home living, with cleverly zoned spaces and a superb position moments to the burgeoning lifestyle precinct of "east-side" Johnston Street, with its eclectic mix of vinyl record stores, barbers, bars/cafes/hotels plus a myriad of shops, services and close to Victoria Park train station, the Convent precinct and Main Yarra bike trail. Boasting a 3-car garage/fitted studio workshop, the upstairs offers an expansive living/dining room with wood-burning OFP, opening through sliding glass doors to a private north-easterly terrace, timber and stainless steel kitchen, 2 well-segregated bedrooms (main on lower level includes WIR and ensuite). With obvious potential for further enhancement and development with an additional build (STCA), this versatile home in a rapidly-developing urban precinct features fine timberwork, ducted heating and intercom. Vendor Review
Excellent service and result
Dealt with the sale of a property with Marek Olah. His appraisal and recommendations were considered and proved right. He directed to the right people for styling and for the requisite facelift for areas that needed a little love and care without overspending. He also did not over-promise and provided useful feedback after every open for inspection.
I would highly recommend both he and the services of Nelson Alexander for inner city property sales. (And I am not a relative or friend!)
