Very quiet street with minimal traffic. Safe feeling location within walking distance to Banyule Flats Parkland & we’ve often ridden our bikes to Westerfolds Park. Lovely relaxing private courtyard & excellent neighbours. I have loved the light filled living areas in this home.

Close to the city with good public transport. Excellent local schools. Burgundy street shops. Austin & Mercy Hospital precinct.

Why we are selling:

A growing family means a bigger house is needed. We also need to be closer to our elderly parents.
