As a first-time home buyer (and first time auction attendee, let alone bidder), Spiro was an absolute godsend in answering not just all my questions, but also questions I hadn't even thought of yet but were important to know. He followed up with me about everything incredibly quickly, and even went all the way back to the house the day before the auction to check dimensions of a room for me – totally above and beyond. He made the whole process feel manageable and even fun, and this was one of the main things that made me feel like I could have a go at bidding (otherwise I would've chickened out of even trying). In addition, the property was really nicely maintained and set up, and the inspections were always open on time (which isn't always common with other agencies). The only thing that could've improved the experience would be if the house came with a dog. :)
