I found Jonathan McLeish and Nelson Alexander Coburg to be a very reliable and trusted agent. Jonathan had just the right mix for me - of being easy going, but determined and hardworking to sell my property. Jonathan kept in close contact with me every step of the way and I felt confident that he was doing all that he could to find the best buyer. In fact, the best buyer did turn up and the house now is owned by someone who totally loves it - blemishes and all :). I was up in the country a bit during the sale process, and Jonathan even took the bins in from the street and wiped down the kitchen bench before a showing! I would say - that makes a great real estate agent. I found right from the initial meeting, that Jonathan and his team were motivated, friendly, professional and had each other's backs. They truly were a strong team at Nelson Alexander Coburg. I witnessed their teamwork at an auction prior to engaging their services and they really had a strong sense of cohesion in my opinion. This was a very vital deciding factor for me; in engaging Jonathan McLeish and Nelson Alexander. Jonathan was strongly supported by his colleagues Damian and Daniel whilst on a short break over Christmas. I found Damian and Daniel to be totally attentive to the requests for viewings during this festive time. It's a big YES from me. You won't be disappointed.
