What we love about this home:

It’s a very pretty and low maintenance home within the lovely Sutherland St community. It’s close to the heart of the action but is set within a peaceful and charming street. The East-West aspect means the front and back yards are conducive to entertaining and growing your own garden. The house is a private sanctuary within a very vibrant area.

What we love about this suburb:

Everything at our fingertips – amazing cafes, pubs, parks, music venues, galleries. So easy to get anywhere with bike tracks, great public transport options. As well as easy access to the freeway for holidays and the airport.

Why we are selling:

We’re very sad to sell, but have a very active young family and would like more space for them to grow into. Ideally, we want to stay in the area as we adore it!
