What we love about this home:

We love that once entering through the front door an amazing large house (for a single front Victorian) awaits and you step away from the noise & bustle of Sydney Rd and the city.

We are creatures of comfort so over the past 5 years we have replaced the carpet, ceiling fans in the front two rooms, window blinds, dishwasher, oven & stove, hot water system and ducted heating unit. Further, we have replaced the entire back of the dwelling with new double-glazed sliding doors with crim safe security doors.

The roof top storage was added most recently which provides loads of storage, which most Victorian places lack.

What we love about this suburb:

We love the cafes, pubs, food stores (restaurants) and Sydney Road which are all within walking distance. We would walk to the parks and even the Royal Melbourne Zoo, have coffees and meet with great community minded people.

The right of way (ROW) at the rear of the property also added great family fun, by way of walking them with the kids and at times picking the low-lying fruit that would over hang the back fences. Family BBQ’s would spill over into the ROW’s where we would play some ball games and maybe even have a glass of wine or two.....

Why we are selling:

A change of career and work took us away from Brunswick (moving to Bendigo), so for the past 3 and half years we have rented the property to wonderful tenants. We have reluctantly decided to sell the property in order to build our dream house in Bendigo.
