Extremely high level of service!
We would not have been able to buy our house without the amazing assistance from Denise. We met Denise about a month prior to buying, through another listing. She took the time to listen to our brief, understand what we were looking for, and from there brought forward to us multiple properties that were in our desired area and budget, that were either private sale, not her direct listing, or just prior to being formally advertised. This made us feel very looked after and appreciated, and that personal service level was well above anything else we had experienced from other agents in the 18 months duration of our search. Denise didn't try and push properties on us that didn't meet our brief, budget or area, which again was different to other agents previously that we had dealt with.
