I am extremely pleased with the service I receive from my agent, Fiona Hauke. Even though my one bedroom apartment in Essendon is tiny and doesn't generate a big commission, Fiona has always made me feel like it is as important as a mansion! She is very professional in dealing with potential and current tenants and keeps me informed at every step.
