Property with Purpose
Register your details below to be eligible to bid in our exciting Property with Purpose auction. All proceeds from the auction will be donated to St Joseph's Primary School Northcote, and in return, the winning bidder will receive:
- A fixed price sales commission for their home. No matter how much your home sells for, you won't have to pay anything more than the price you lock in at the Property with Purpose auction
- Free property marketing
T&Cs:
- The property must be listed for sale in the next 12 months post the Property with Purpose auction
- The property will be listed with Paul Rodighiero from Nelson Alexander Northcote
- Nelson Alexander will cover the Marketing costs related to the sale of the property (up to $10,000)
- Upon settlement of the property, Nelson Alexander will donate the fixed commission to St Joseph's Primary School Northcote
