What we love about this home:
This beautiful home has been our lovely light-filled green oasis in Brunswick. The large and flowing spaces have been the perfect place to live and play with a young family. And the wonderful living area that opens right out onto the deck, bbq and garden has been the centre of many celebrations with friends and family. Every room has been thoughtfully designed to maximise space and function, and with excellent heating and cooling the house is extremely comfortable all year round. Our favourite spots- sitting in the lounge with the doors open on a sunny afternoon, or having a peaceful bath with the bamboo all lit up in an evening. We also love the expansive roof storage- makes this a very practical home.
What we love about this suburb:
What’s not to love about Brunswick! This home is literally a 5 minute walk from the very best of Sydney Rd and Lygon St shops, bars, restaurants, and live music and yet Laura St is really quiet and friendly. Pretty much everything you could need is within walking distance, with easy access to trams and train straight into the city.
Why we are selling:
This has been a perfect home to start our family, but with the recent arrival of our third baby we have sadly started to outgrow it! We are reluctantly selling to move into a home with slightly more space for our growing family
