Nelson Alexander is an outstanding Estate Agent based in Flemington I had a unit for sale in Kensington and spoke to two agents. The first one said it was worth sub $500K. Not being happy with this I approached Nelson Alexander and they said it was worth more than this. They suggested I have the unit renovated and put me on to a great company (Ausproperty) who took control of the renovation with input from the agent. It was a fantastic reno. They then suggested I have the property styled with furniture, which I did. The advertising was excellent and the amount of openings was sufficient to attract a lot of Buyers. On auction day the auctioneer Jason was excellent and pushed the final price to just over $600K I was very pleased with the whole process managed by Nelson alexander and would highly recommend them to any other Sellers of Property.
