What do you love about the home?

I love the aspect of the home. I love how light-filled it during the day due to the high-level windows to the north and the tall windows to the east. My indoor plants also thrive in this home due to the light. I love the high ceilings and generous proportions of the living areas and bedrooms. I love the exposed brick wall and the character of the house- it feels like a home. I love the floorboards and the dark, stained colour. I love the new wardrobes I put in. I love the fact there is a mezzanine level- it is the perfect home office / retreat. I love my landscaped courtyard at the back which I recently completed.

What do you love about the area?

I love the proximity to cafes and restaurants in Rathdowne village. Also love how princes park is only 10 min walk away. Love all the green space- be it Curtain Square or the median strips in Canning or Drummond Street. I love how quiet the area is yet am still so close to the city.
