James takes pride in being part of a team that continually sets the benchmark for agency practice in the inner suburbs and as a passionate auctioneer proudly represents Nelson Alexander each Saturday with a gavel in hand.
Since starting his career in sales at the Carlton North office in 2003, James’s solid work ethic and excellent communication skills have consistently produced outstanding results for his clients and made him many friends along the way.
With an upfront and relaxed demeanour, his clients are treated with the utmost respect. “In my real estate dealings I am very thorough, reliable and professional and I always make sure the customer is being treated the way they would want to be. The wealth of information I have accumulated over 20 years in the industry means that there is no market I haven’t sold in and no problem I haven’t solved to get a buyer into the property they desire.”
Having been a property investor for over a decade has also given James insight into assisting clients resolve their property plans as well as being able to successfully assist customers get into the market and achieve their property goals. James is experienced in selling all shapes and sizes throughout the inner suburbs, handling multi million dollar homes one week and apartments/townhouses in the next.
A long-time resident of the inner north, outside of real estate you will find James with his daughters Chloe and Eloise, along with partner Kate, walking their dog Einstein in the local parks, supporting any sports team playing or searching for the greatest coffee in town.
