What we love about this home:

For 18 years this beautiful house has been HOME. Anyone can have a house but a Home is where the heart is. As young newlyweds purchasing a property at a time when the market was hot was a difficult thing to do. We saw the potential and loved the period features (rosettes) and space for expansion.

Firstly, we converted the back industrial warehouse to a fully functional studio, fit with cathedral ceiling, kitchen, laundry, lounge and dining and bathroom provisions. 5KW solar system with 18 panels and 2 large water tanks were the next huge purchases made for us as keeping the home sustainable was priority.

In 2010, we began the expansion of the original home and added a large entertaining area, with a jaw dropping cathedral ceiling, fitted with a designer kitchen with only the best high-end appliances. If coffee is your thing, you’ll appreciate the in-built coffee machine, and for the cook of the house you can’t go by the steam oven, chef quality induction stove top, microwave and oven.

Enjoy entertaining with the 3-metre island bench fully kitted out with wine fridge to keep your guests entertained. For the lady of the house you can’t go by the expansive walk in robe, where everything is on display. You truly will feel like the queen of the manor.
