My experience with 'Nelson Alexander' was great until receipt of the post sale E-mails relating to 'Marketing Costs' and the 'Auction postponement date'.
These were both incorrectly quoted by Staff other than Luke Sacco and Stephanie Hawke who were my primary contacts.
