What we love about this home:

We love that the the generous rooms have breathed in and out as we did, from bedrooms downstairs when babies were little, or legs in plaster, to extra work spaces during lockdown, the floorplan is very flexible.

The bones of the garden were planted by a long ago owner and we have interspersed these with bird attracting plants. The bird life that visits is amazing.

The pool is a great gathering place for children and their friends — perfect on a hot day after school and lovely to stick your feet in while you chat to the kids.

What we love about this suburb:

We love to have a cup of tea on the verandah and say hello to the neighbours, the dogs love sticking their heads under the gate to give their doggy-friends a kiss as they go by. We love the beautiful walks and the Yarra parklands at the end of the street. As well as being a beautiful spot, it is also handy one. Close to schools and shops.

Why are we selling:

We fell in love with the wide hallway and beautiful garden of 19 Wills St, 26 years ago. It has been home to our family from newborns to the adults they became. Now they have their own homes and it is time for 19 Wills St to have a new family make it their own.
