What we love about this home:
We love the light in this house. The beautiful northern light floods into the kitchen and second bedroom all day.
It’s wonderful to stand in the kitchen in the morning watching the birds play in the mature gumtrees growing around the reservoir and feel the sun on your face.
Tucked away, far from the road and with no houses overlooking it, we love the peace and privacy of this house. Yet the spacious backyard is also the perfect place for entertaining when you do feel like having mates’ round.

What we love about this suburb:
So many good things about this area. We love being able to ride straight down St George’s Road bike path and be in the CBD in 30 minutes or walk 7 minutes to Regent train station and catch the train to work.
Crispe Park off leash dog reserve is less than 10 minutes’ walk away and offers a safe and very social place to exercise your pooch. We love being a short walk from so many great cafes and restaurants, with more opening every month. Preston Market is the best for fresh produce. Most of all, we love the Sharpe St community. They welcomed us in when we arrived and even though we’re leaving the street, we’ll take the friendships with us.
