What we love about this home:

The home is cosy and warm, the heating is fabulous and when our daughter goes to sleep, we love to sit by the fire and watch a movie.

We have had family visit from all over the world and have been able to stay and enjoy the house and garden. The shed has been wonderful for storage and for wood working, with so much space.

The hardwood floors make keeping the house clean a breeze and the vast cupboards make it easy to want to buy more items to use while cooking.

We love the charm of the house, with its period features and the warmth of the home.

What we love about this suburb:

We love the neighbourhood, it’s a family friendly street, with Christmas parties and Halloween.

We love Preston, as it is so close to the city, Preston market, schools and with easy access to trams and trains and a bus at the end of the street. The access to the airport is direct and the schools surrounding the house allow for many options, with Coburg High just up the road.

Why we are selling:

We have decided to sell to find a new place for our growing family.

The house has been wonderful for a dog, with gated front drive and gated side entry, with an additional gate for the back yard. We love the north face backyard deck, it’s so beautiful sitting on deck on a hot night.
