We had a genuinely great experience…    

We had a genuinely great experience with Nelson Alexander during our tenancy. Amber and Kim were very easy going, prompt with responses and generally were very pleasant to rent with. In the latter years, when Kim took over from Amber, Kim was only too willing to work in with us especially when vacating and made the experience very easy for us. The property was in great nick and if we had any maintenance requests, Kim and Amber jumped on them to get them resolved. Really appreciate both of your efforts and would definitely look Nelson Alexander Reservoir to rent again. Thanks Kim and Amber!!
