Pretty as a picture!
Owners Notes
What we love about this home:
Walking in the door and enjoying the natural light before heading out the back in the warmer months to enjoy a drink in our little backyard oasis. It is so convenient having a wide laneway that allows us to also park out the back every day. A rarity in this suburb!
The house itself is so comfortable to live in. The hydronic heating and the lush carpet in the bedrooms through to the 3 huge water tanks and solar.
What we love about this suburb:
When working from home we walk down to Red Door Café and enjoy a delicious morning latte and chat with the regular faces there. We wander the 5 minutes to High Street to enjoy one of the many eateries – Merah is a little gem – or spend our Sunday afternoon’s watching a movie down in Westgarth.
For us it is just so convenient – anywhere between 2 and 10 minutes walk to a train, tram, parks or Northcote plaza. Life is easy and enjoyable here!
Why we are selling:
With a child on the way we are looking to move closer to our family, so we have support.
Any other information:
Land size is a huge bonus. If we were going to stay our plan was to expand on the same level! You can live easily within the current footprint but also have comfort knowing that you have the space to grow the home if you like.
