What do you love about the home?

We love lots about this home and block. We love the north facing backyard, having bbqs under the trees during daylight savings. The garden is large and yet easy to maintain. The mature trees attract numerous birds and provide a changing view as they change with the seasons. The front yard is private and the large tree provides great shade in the summer months, keeping the front half of the house cool. The wide hallway is welcoming. The northern morning light coming in the large back windows is delightful. We love the large bedroom sizes. The new office pod provides a great set up for long term working from home. The workshop provides great storage and opportunities for hobbies/exercise. The layout of the house was improved in 2016 with removal of a wall, making the kitchen/dining space more open and useable.
