What do you love about the home?

We love the amount of light throughout the home. The bedrooms are genuinely large, being able to comfortably fit a King bed in each. The upstairs area provides great flexibility for various uses, particularly with the advent of working from home. The backyard is low-maintenance but still provides a relaxing sanctuary amongst the native plants and flowers.

What do you love about the area?

What is there not to love about the area? The proximity to Adams Reserve with its off-leash allowance and playground for our little one, the Woolworths next door providing great flexibility in our day-to-day, the plethora of retail, cafes, restaurants and bars not only on High St but now beginning to snake up Plenty Rd. Not to mention the train, tram and bus options taking us all over Melbourne.

Last but not least, the community of this neighbourhood has been unbelievable. We have made genuine friends that will last far beyond our time in Preston.
