After having no luck with one of those other big named companies in Preston with all the white walls, to say my experience with trying to sell our family estate home in Northcote was less than ideal. My trust in the whole process put a negative spin on agents in general thinking they’re interlopers who are just out for themselves. Fast forward four months of torturous dealings with an agent who I couldn’t sign off with fast enough and to finally cut ties with, my path crossed with the fabulous Rob Enes from Nelson Alexander. By the time Rob got to us, the previous agent had stripped us of all hope and made us believe that WE didn’t do enough to make the property sell. My family was dehumanised and on the verge of breaking. Rob swept in with his respect and professionalism and very caring attitude and immediately restored our faith by following through with our needs and eliminating the doubt about selling our property at such a volatile time. Rob’s positivity and ‘can-do’ attitude immediately took away all the anxiety as he reigned in all the responsibilities that professional agents are meant to do in their job. I am ecstatic over the fact that Rob sold our house to such lovely people and at a price that made everyone happy all round AND in the thirty days he had promised me. The team at Nelson Alexander were amazing in how they collaborated and got the job done and I look forward to dealing with them again. Rob Enes, you truly are a legend and you honestly should wear a cape when you rescue people the way you did for me and my family. Thank you for treating us and our home with respect and professionalism. You are a true beacon for estate agents everywhere on how it gets done. I will be back to do business with you for sure.
