It is time for 5 Latham Street, which we have instilled with much love and warmth over the last 13 years, to find its new family. And we know that the new owners will find as much joy and happiness that we have found here – raising our children, hosting family and friends, celebrating milestones, annual easter egg hunts and of course covid lockdown. High Street with its eclectic mix of independent designer clothing and specialty stores and some of the best restaurants and bars that Melbourne has to offer, all within walking distance – Finki & Herbert are literally on your doorstep. Just up the road is the Plaza with not one, but two Coles to choose from!
You are close enough to stumble off the train after a night out in the city – but far enough away to not be bothered by the trains themselves. It’s a leisurely stroll to either High Street or St George’s Road trams, or ample bike paths take you in any direction you wish. Located 10 minutes walk to Northcote Primary and Santa Maria, and located in the highly coveted Northcote High zone.
