From the first meeting we were delighted to have chosen Nick Smith from Nelson Alexander to sell our mother's home. We found Nick to be genuine, responsive and professional and he spoke to us more like friends than clients. He spent quite a lot of time talking us through the process so that we fully understood and agreed upon the marketing strategy and our obligations as sellers.
Communication was great, Nick sent us daily progress phone calls or messages (sometimes several) all of which were detailed and positive.
Somehow Nick managed to sell the property in record time and achieve an early settlement!
All in all, we felt that Nick and his team were professional, honest and responsive and had gone the extra mile to make the selling process easy.
