Transformed for perfect family living

Beyond the lush front yard with its established gardens and assortment of fruit trees, this mid-century home has been tastefully reimagined to deliver a lifestyle of quality and class in a family-focused Reservoir neighbourhood.

Showcasing an array of first-class renovations, the home’s light-filled interior comprises three bedrooms (all with built-in robes) complemented by deluxe master ensuite with freestanding tub and updated main bathroom. Adding to the appeal is a separate living room and versatile open-plan dining area adjoined by a stunning kitchen complete with polished concrete benchtops, 2-pac cabinetry, induction cooktop and Bosch dishwasher. Along with hydronic heating, ducted evaporative cooling and additional split-system a/c for year-round comfort, this remarkable home also includes solar power, new carpets, solid timber floors and stylish plantation shutters across the front. Stacker doors reveal a fabulous undercover entertaining area with kiwi vine-draped pergola and substantial backyard to enjoy, plus a store/workshop via the side driveway.

Bus stop around the corner along with local shops and eateries, it’s also close to the open spaces of Edwardes Lake Park and Reservoir West Primary School, as well as easy access to Coburg Hill Shopping Centre, Gilbert Road trams and Reservoir Station.

Owners Notes

What do you love about the home?

Everything! It's light, bright and cleverly renovated so it's all very functional AND beautiful! The house is designed for the family to all be able to share and interact together, but not be so 'open plan' that you have to share every moment together! The ensuite bathroom is a relaxing parents retreat - and the separated living area allows the space to be closed off so kids can watch movies, while parents socialise with friends.

There is an apricot, plum, olive tree and kiwi vine which all produce fruit. The kiwi vine provides shade through thick green foliage in summer and then allows the sun to shine through in winter.

What do you love about the area?

It's a very friendly neighborhood. Lots of young families and great schools close by. You can get great coffee and breakfast at Sycamore Meadows, a tasty Vietnamese bakery and excellent Thai food at the Golden Peanut. We love walking to Edwards Lake and having the creek at the end of our street. Coburg Hill Woolworths is also close. The number 11 tram is a 15 minute walk.

What features does your property have?

In the winter, it's toasty and warm with hydronic heating and in the summer, it's perfect for inside/outside living with the deck. Sustainability has also been prioritised - an EV charger easily accessible in the driveway and solar panels on the roof.
