We were drawn to the charm of the Californian Bungalow. The high fence provides excellent privacy for the garden, creating a peaceful outdoor space. Inside, the house is nice and quiet, and the bedrooms offer generous space, while the kitchen is large and accommodating for our family.

It offers convenient access to public transport, including trains, trams, and buses. You can easily walk to nearby primary schools, Preston High School (zoned), Preston Market, and the restaurants along High Street. Plus, Northland Shopping Centre is just a short drive away.
