There were a number of issues with the documentation that had to be addressed before we were able to decide to make an offer for an apartment. Rob Cattanach, the agent from Nelson Alexander was extremely cordial and helpful without the blatant sales pitch of many agents. We really appreciated his manner as he did not try to sway our opinion but at the same time pointed out both the attributes and potential difficulties of the property. We also appreciated his openness and the way he negotiated the sale to a satisfactory conclusion.
