What we love about this home:

We moved here 25 years ago from Carlton North and the thing that drew us to Fairy Street was location, location, location! Close to the train station, but not too close. The schools, both primary & secondary and second to none. We love the flexibility that the home and flat at the rear offer, with a growing family and changing dynamics and even family & friends staying from interstate, there has always been enough room for all! Our favourite part of our home is the garden and the living and dining area overlooking the lovely garden.  

What we love about Ivanhoe

We love the Ivanhoe Village environment. All of the local businesses always look after us and everyone knows your name! We love heading down the local footy and cricket at Chelsworth where all our boys have played. We also love the easy access into town either via train at Darebin or Ivanhoe or quick car ride.

Why we are selling:

We have raised our family, had many guests and functions in this wonderful home, however now our children are grown up, it is just too big for two people. We are moving to a smaller home with a garden to age gracefully!
