What I love about this home:
Before I met my partner I searched for a 3 bedroom home in a quiet tree lined street close to amenities. I immediately fell in love with 1/40 Green Street, and still maintain the same emotion some 30 years later. I enjoyed the generously proportioned front and middle bedrooms, and the lounge area overlooking the front garden.
What I love about Ivanhoe:
The neighbourhood has a great feel, from the tree lined street to the friendly neighbourhood, that have made my time at 1/40 Green Street very enjoyable. It is well served by local shops, restaurants, supermarkets, the Ivanhoe Aquatic Centre, the town hall and library. The local train station provides convenient easy access to the city and is an easy drive to Northland shopping centre.
Going for walks and cycle rides through the nearby parklands has been a regular part of my routine.
Why am I selling:
Several years back my partner and I moved in together, so this home was refurbished and went onto the rental market. Our next step is to purchase a home together. Therefore 1/40 Green Street is to be to facilitate this.
